The CHI Health Clinic company store is operated by an independent third-party, Bergman Incentives, and is available to all active employees for ordering branded merchandise.

CHI Health Clinic neither benefits from the sale of these products nor is involved in the daily operations of the merchandise store. Please check store ordering and return policy prior to placing an order.

All merchandise available on the store is reviewed and approved by CHI Health Clinic representatives. Some of these items may not be approved for the workplace. Please double-check your selections and quantities prior to completing your order.

Bergman Incentives is the name of our merchandise partner. All orders on this site are processed by our helpful friends at Bergman Incentives located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Shipping

Your custom item will take up to three weeks to produce and ship. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you created a store account before placing your order, this information can also be found by logging into your account.

To make changes to your order, contact Bergman Incentives at 402-661-7900 or info@bergmanbrand.com before the item is shipped.

Our stock is based on what is available from the manufacturer or vendor of the product at that time. Products do go out of stock from time to time, and we indicate available and unavailable inventory on the product page for that item. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to facilitate a substitution or refund.

All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses must be sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. Orders shipping to these addresses will be identified during order processing and the shipping method will be updated accordingly. Your shipping confirmation will reflect the updated freight service and charges. The charges should never exceed what you were quoted during the checkout process.

This site supports orders being shipped to addresses in the United States.

Custom items are shipped to you directly from the decorator and will not be in-house for pickup.

Orders & Returns

Offering something for everyone is our goal. The size availability listed on each product page reflects the sizes available from the garment manufacturer. Some products are offered in Tall and in sizes from XS up to 6x.

Many of our items are not made in the USA; all decoration, customer service, and logistics are. All of our garment manufacturers are committed to maintaining and upholding responsible workplace and environmental standards and are WRAP Certified. WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) is a globally recognized, independent third party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities.

Most of the items available on this site are customized for your order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We will make our best effort to accommodate cancellation requests made promptly after the order is placed, but once the order is sent to production, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to change an order that has already been placed, contact Bergman Incentives at 402-661-7900 or info@bergmanbrand.com before the order is sent to production and we will do our best to help with your request.

If you created an account prior to placing your order, you can access past orders and invoices from the My Account page. Order confirmations are also sent to the email you entered at checkout.

Gift Certificates

To redeem your gift certificate you’ll need to find and enter the gift certificate code into your personal account, which will add this amount to your Account Balance. You can do this during checkout or via the My Account section of the site. Enter your code, and your balance will updated to reflect the additional funds. After this, you'll no longer need your gift certificate code. Your account balance will be shown during checkout and you can apply it to your order by clicking the check box for "Use My Account Balance".

Exchange and Return Policy

Custom-Printed Items

We are unable to accept returns or process exchanges on custom items. If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order, we will replace your order or issue a refund.
